Cathedral City postpones Tastes & Sounds concert due to weather, Rancho Mirage High School Band rescheduled

Cathedral City officials have postponed tonight’s Tastes & Sounds concert due to weather-related conditions at the outdoor venue.
Organizers say the grounds at the Cathedral City Community Amphitheater remain wet following yesterday’s rainstorm, and chilly temperatures expected this evening also played a role in the decision.
The Feb. 17, 2026, performance by the Rancho Mirage High School Band has been rescheduled for Tuesday, April 14.
The weekly concert series will continue as planned next Tuesday, Feb. 24, featuring The Dreamboats. Doors will open earlier than usual at 4 p.m. because of the band’s popularity, with performances scheduled from 5 to 7:30 p.m.
Tastes & Sounds takes place at the Cathedral City Community Amphitheater. More information about the series is available at tastesandsounds.discovercathedralcity.com.
