Palm Springs Hosting Free Fix-It Fair This Weekend

Palm Springs is inviting residents to bring their broken household items to the Mizell Center this Saturday for free repairs.

The city's Sustainability Department is partnering with Repeat Reuse to host a Fix-It Fair on February 21 from 10 AM to 2 PM at 480 Sunrise Way. Skilled volunteers will be on hand to repair bikes, small appliances, clothing, toys, lamps, and tools—one item per person.

ACE Hardware will also set up at the event to replace batteries in car key fobs, garage openers, and gate remotes.

Space is limited, and advance registration is required.
