An NBC Palm Springs Weather Heads-Up (2/18/26): Winds!

The Wind Advisory for a large area of Southern California -- which includes the Coachella Valley -- has been extended through Friday morning.

Those on-shore winds will back-off a bit tonight before an approaching frontal boundary triggers another round of very strong Westerly winds, especially from Thursday afternoon into the evening hours.
