La Quinta Launches Concerts in the Park Season at SilverRock Park Featuring The Band Chico

The City of La Quinta has officially launched a new season of its popular Concerts in the Park series, bringing free live music, local food, and family-friendly fun to SilverRock Park.

The community event is open to all ages and is designed to bring residents and visitors together for relaxed evenings of outdoor entertainment. Each concert night features live performances, local food trucks, and activities for families and children beginning at 6 p.m. Guests are encouraged to bring blankets and lawn chairs for seating on the lawn.

The 2026 season kicked off February 4 with a high-energy performance by The Stellar Band, playing a mix of hits from the 1980s through today. The series continues Saturday, February 28, with The Band Chico performing Latin, oldies, and R&B favorites from 7 to 9 p.m.

The concerts are held at SilverRock Park, located at 51900 SilverRock Way in La Quinta. Gates open at 6 p.m., giving attendees time to enjoy food vendors and pre-show activities before the music begins.

City officials say the Concerts in the Park series will continue on select dates throughout March and May, with the full schedule expected to be announced soon.
