Stock Market Today: Dow Flat, S&P 500 and Nasdaq Close Lower

Wall Street closed mixed Thursday, with the Dow ending the day nearly unchanged while broader indexes slipped.

The S&P 500 closed at 6,908.86, down 0.54%.

The Nasdaq Composite saw the biggest decline among the three major indexes, ending at 22,878.38, down 1.18%.
