 Average Riverside County Gas Price Rises For 32nd Time in 33 Days

RIVERSIDE (CNS) - The largest increase to the average price of a
gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Riverside County since Nov. 5 pushed
it to its highest amount since Nov. 25 today, rising 4 cents to $4.604.
  

The average price has risen 33 of the past 34 days, increasing 46.3
cents, including nine-tents of a cent on Monday, according to figures from the
AAA and Oil Price Information Service. It rose 20 consecutive days, was
unchanged Feb. 18 and resumed increasing the next day.
  

The average price is 8.2 cents more than one week ago and 34.2 cents
higher than one month ago, but four-tenths of a cent less than one year ago. It
has dropped $1.769 since rising to a record $6.373 on Oct. 5, 2022.
  

The national average price rose 11.2 cents to $3.109, topping $3 for
the first time Dec. 1. It is 15.8 cents more than one week ago and 22.6 cents
higher than one month ago, but 1.2 cents less than one year ago.
  

The national average price has dropped $1.907 since rising to a record
$5.016 on June 14, 2022.
