Escape the Journey Tribute Band Celebrates 30 Years with Live Performance at SilverRock Park in La Quinta
A longtime Coachella Valley tribute band is celebrating a major milestone with a live performance in La Quinta.
The Escape the Journey Tribute Band is marking its 30th year performing together, bringing the iconic music of Journey to audiences across the region. The group has spent three decades entertaining fans throughout the Coachella Valley, performing at a variety of venues and community events.
Band members say they’ve played just about everywhere there is to perform in the valley during that time, building a loyal following among local music fans.
The group is taking the stage at SilverRock Park in La Quinta for a special concert that highlights the classic rock sound that made Journey one of the most beloved bands in music history.
During a preview of the performance, lead singer Dave offered fans a quick sneak peek by singing a few lines from Journey’s famous hit “Don’t Stop Believin’,” a song that continues to resonate with audiences decades after its release.
The performance is part of the city’s ongoing community events, giving residents and visitors a chance to enjoy live music outdoors while taking advantage of the valley’s beautiful evening weather.
Fans attending the event can expect to hear many of Journey’s most recognizable songs as the band celebrates three decades of performing together and sharing the music they love with local audiences.
The concert begins at 7 p.m. at SilverRock Park in La Quinta.
