“No Kings” Rally Planned Outside Palm Springs City Hall in Late March

Community members are expected to gather later this month in Palm Springs for a rally centered on civic participation and peaceful engagement.

Organizers say the “No Kings” Rally will take place March 28 at 10 a.m. outside Palm Springs City Hall.

The event is being organized by Courageous Resistance of the Desert and Indivisible of the Desert.

According to organizers, the rally will feature speakers, music, and poetry, including remarks from guest speaker Leigh McGowan.

Organizers say the gathering is intended to emphasize nonviolent civic engagement and encourage community members to participate peacefully.
