Investigation Underway After Woman Found Dead in Desert Hot Springs

Authorities are investigating after a woman’s body was discovered in Desert Hot Springs over the weekend.

According to the Desert Hot Springs Police Department, officers responded around 5:15 p.m. Sunday to the area of Mission Creek Road and Worsley Road following reports of a possible deceased person.

When officers arrived, they determined the body was that of an adult woman. Due to the circumstances surrounding the discovery, detectives were called to the scene and took over the investigation.

Authorities have not yet released the woman’s identity or the cause of death.

The investigation remains ongoing, and officials are asking anyone with information related to the case to contact the Desert Hot Springs Police Department.
