Shamrocks, Corned Beef, and a 3D Twist: It's the Hashtag Holiday Calendar Pop Quiz!

Today's celebration lineup is a full house. Of course it's St. Patrick's Day, but did you know it also doubles as Corn Beef and Cabbage Day? Corning, as it turns out, is simply the process of preserving meat in a salty brine, and honestly, it looks just as good at breakfast. Rounding out the day is Tea for Two Tuesday, observed on the third Tuesday in March as a reminder to slow down and enjoy a relaxing cup of tea. And last but certainly not least, today is National 3D Day, celebrated on the third day of the third full week in March, honoring the rich history of stereoscopic images all the way back to 1838.

In the spirit of all things three dimensional, Jerry served up two 3D-themed questions for the control room and the anchors. How well do you know your food TV legends and classic rock deep cuts? Test your knowledge by watching the video above!

1) Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives has been a staple on Food Network since 2007. The show is hosted by a spiky white-haired former restaurateur who is no stranger to the Coachella Valley. Who is it?

A) Danny Meyer

B) Guy Fieri

C) Wolfgang Puck

2) The 1977 Steely Dan hit "Peg" features a famous chorus with a distinct background harmony vocal. The song is written from the perspective of a jilted boyfriend watching a seedy photo shoot, and that hook is instantly recognizable. But who is the voice behind those background vocals?

A) Christopher Cross

B) Kenny Loggins

C) Michael McDonald
