Another Day of Record High Temperatures in the Southwest!

Sure, today may be the last full day of Winter, but you wouldn't know it here in the Coachella Valley where those midday temps were more typical of late-June/early-July.

Not only did Palm Springs, Indio and Thermal demolish their previous high temperature records by several degrees, much of the Southwest did so as well.

And, it looks like we will see another couple rounds of record heat the next two afternoons.

A Extreme Heat Warning remains posted through Saturday here in the Coachella Valley.

Here's a look at a few of those new numbers from earlier today along with my city-by-city forecasts for Friday and Saturday.
