Palm Springs Hosting Free Community Picnic This Weekend

Palm Springs is inviting residents out for a free afternoon of food, games, and neighborhood pride this Saturday. The 17th Annual ONE-PS Picnic & Community Expo is happening on March 21st from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Ruth Hardy Park, and the whole family is welcome.
The event is put on by ONE-PS, short for Organized Neighborhoods of Palm Springs, a community group that brings together representatives from neighborhoods across the city to discuss local issues and interests. The expo gives residents a chance to connect with the organization while celebrating what makes their neighborhoods unique.
This year's lineup includes games and crafts for kids, a hoops competition with prizes, community organization booths, and the always-competitive Best Neighborhood Booth Contest. Dog owners can also enter their pets in a costume contest, with prizes going to the Cutest, Most Original, and Funniest. A complimentary lunch, provided by local businesses, will be available while supplies last.
