A Look at a Few of the Record High Temps on Sunday, March 22, 2026!

Once again, dozens of record high temperatures were set over the Southwest yesterday. Here in the Coachella Valley, Palm Springs, Indio and Thermal blew-away their previous record highs, all from 2004.

As of yesterday, Palm Springs racked-up six consecutive days of record-setting numbers bringing the total to ten for the month of March... so far.

With a forecast of 99° this afternoon, PSP has a good chance of sliding past the record of 98° set in 1956.
