Pups, Kittens, and a Little Pop Quiz Chaos on Monday Morning

First up, it is National Chip and Dip Day, whether you are reaching for potato chips and onion dip or loading up on tortilla chips with spicy salsa and guacamole. Then there is National Melba Toast Day, a thin, crispy little toast traditionally paired with pâté, cheese, or soup, a classic you may not have thought about in years.
