Firebirds Return Home, Eyes Key Points Against Calgary Wranglers

The Coachella Valley Firebirds are back on home ice tonight taking on the Calgary Wranglers, looking to keep their momentum going in a critical stretch of the season.

The Firebirds are coming off a strong road trip, including a weekend sweep of the Colorado Eagles and an earlier overtime win against the Ontario Reign.

Fans will also get a look at some lineup changes tonight. Forward Cooper Marody is expected to make his home debut after joining from the Lehigh Valley Phantoms. Meanwhile, Jani Nyman returns back to home ice as Oscar Fisker Molgaard goes up to the Seattle Kraken.

With just over a dozen games left in the regular season, and several at home, the Firebirds are aiming to capitalize and climb into playoff position.

Puck drop is set for 6:30 p.m., and a full recap and postgame reaction will air tonight at 11 on NBC Palm Springs.
