SilverCrest CEO Back in Court Today for Felony Settlement Conference in Fatal Hit-and-Run Case
SilverCrest CEO William Frank Rodriguez is due in court this morning at the Larson Justice Center for a felony settlement conference stemming from a deadly hit-and-run that killed 60-year-old Christina Barrington in 2024.
Rodriguez was arrested last year and has pleaded not guilty to all charges, including murder, hit-and-run causing death, and driving with a suspended license.
His last court appearance came in January, when his attorney requested access to records from Acrisure Arena. What those records contain remains unclear at this time.
This morning's conference is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. NBC Palm Springs reporter Brett Rosen will be at the courthouse and will bring updates as they develop.
