Desert Arc Hosts Annual Golf Classic to Support Local Programs

A day of golf and giving back brought the community together in Indio.

Desert Arc hosted its 16th annual Golf Classic at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino, drawing dozens of golfers, community members, and local business partners.

The event began with an 11 a.m. luncheon, followed by a 12:30 p.m. shotgun scramble featuring more than 30 foursomes out on the course.

The evening is wrapping up with an awards banquet, celebrating participants and the success of the fundraiser.

Organizers say proceeds from the event go directly toward programs that enhance quality of life and create opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Supporters, families, and even some Desert Arc clients took part in the day’s activities, highlighting the organization’s strong community ties.
