Target Car Seat Trade-In Event Helps Families Save and Recycle

Families across the Coachella Valley have a chance to save money while helping the environment.

From April 19 through May 2, Target is hosting its annual car seat trade-in event at participating stores.

Customers can bring in old or expired car seats and receive a 20% Target Circle bonus to use toward new baby gear, including car seats, strollers, and other essentials.

The program is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year and has already helped recycle millions of car seats, keeping millions of pounds of waste out of landfills.

Select locations will also feature giveaways and in-store events to help families find the right products for their needs.

Organizers say it’s a win-win: families save money while reducing environmental impact through responsible recycling.
