Firebirds Tyson Jugnauth named to 2025-2026 AHL All-Rookie Team

The rookie defenseman tallied nine goals and 35 assists for 44 points with two games to go in his inaugural season. Jugnauth, joins Nikke Kokko, Ryker Evans and Tye Kartye as the fourth player in franchise history to receive the honor.

The Firebirds took care of business in San Jose on Tuesday night to give themselves a four-point lead in fourth place in the Pacific Division. Goals from Logan Morrison, John Hayden and two from Cooper Marody gave the Firebirds the win. Goaltender Logan Terness earned his first American Hockey League win with a 34 save effort.

And, the American Friends of our Armed Forces held their annual fundraiser and golf classic at Toscana Country Club honoring and celebrating Southern California's marines and sailors while raising funds to support military members and their families. Entertainment was provided by Lee Greenwood, best known for his hit 'God Bless the U.S.A.'
