Victims Identified in Deadly Wrong-Way Crash Near Dillon Road

The Riverside County Coroner's Office has identified the three victims killed in a wrong-way crash earlier this week.

Authorities say 71-year-old Guillermo Ocampo Bahena of Orange was driving a Toyota Camry that entered eastbound lanes in the wrong direction.

The vehicle collided head-on with a Honda Accord near Dillon Road Tuesday night.

The two occupants in the Honda were identified as 39-year-old Lizeth Duran Martinez and Meliton Perez Dominguez, both from Phoenix.

All three individuals were pronounced dead at the scene.

According to the California Highway Patrol, drugs and alcohol are not believed to be factors in the crash. The investigation remains ongoing.
