Animal Samaritans Raises Funds for Feline Care at 5th Annual CATurday Breakfast and Bingo

Animal Samaritans held its 5th Annual CATurday Breakfast and Bingo fundraiser Saturday morning at the Sky Ballroom inside Kimpton Rowan Palm Springs, raising money for the organization's Feline Fund, which supports cat and kitten care programs across the Coachella Valley.

For $40 a ticket, guests enjoyed a full breakfast, complimentary mimosas, and a bingo card, all in a cat-themed atmosphere. Bingo was hosted by Sister Burna, with prizes including a staycation at the Rowan, Palm Springs Aerial Tramway tickets, and cookies from Crush Crush Cookies.

Adoptable kittens were on-site, and guests say the combination made for a hard morning to beat. "It was absolutely fantastic," one attendee said. "A wonderful breakfast, a wonderful bingo game, and then of course all the wonderful, beautiful kitties."

All proceeds from the event go directly toward the Feline Fund, which provides care for local cats and kittens in need.  Animal Samaritans has served the Coachella Valley since 1978.
