Jerry's SoCal Weather Briefing on Monday, April 27, 2026!

The Coachella Valley will see lots of sunshine this afternoon with strong Westerly breezes and below-normal high temperatures in the upper-70s/lower-80s.

Because of elevated (then settling) dust and dirt, an Air Quality Alert has been posted for the Coachella Valley through early Tuesday morning.

Valley temps will warm to near-normal numbers in the upper-80s on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday under mostly sunny skies each afternoon.

Then -- as an upper-level ridge of high pressure nudges its way over the NE Pacific later this week -- those Valley midday highs will warm into the middle-to-upper 90s on Friday and Saturday.
