Ted Lasso Season 4 Premiere, Laura Dern Joins White Lotus, and Stranger Things Renewal

Ted Lasso and the gang are back for a new season with a new team. In a bold new chapter for the series, Ted returns to Richmond to coach a women's football squad in need of his particular brand of inspiration. Fans won’t have to wait long to see the "Lasso Way" in action again, as season four of Ted Lasso is set to premiere on August 5th.

In other prestige television news, Laura Dern is officially checking into the White Lotus. The Oscar and Emmy-winning actress has joined the cast of the hit HBO series for its upcoming fourth season. This casting update follows the departure of Helena Bonham Carter, who left the production shortly after filming began. Rather than stepping into the role previously held by Carter, Dern will reportedly portray a newly developed character created specifically for this season's mystery.

Finally, another Stranger Things animated adventure is already on the horizon. Just days after the debut of the spinoff Stranger Things: Tales from '85, Netflix has officially renewed the animated series for a second season. The streamer confirmed that the "Hawkins Investigators Club" is slated to return with a fresh set of paranormal episodes later this fall.
