Palm Springs Aerial Tramway Summer Pass Goes on Sale May 1

Starting Friday, May 1, the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway will begin selling its popular Summer Pass, providing an easy way for residents and visitors to escape the rising desert temperatures. The passes are valid through August 31, 2026.
Passholders can experience a dramatic shift in climate in just ten minutes, as temperatures at the Tramway’s Mountain Station (elevation 8,516 ft.) are typically 30 to 40 degrees lower than on the Coachella Valley floor.
The 2026 Summer Pass is priced at $85 for adults and seniors, and $45 for children ages 3-10. Perks of the pass include:
- Unlimited Tram admissions for the passholder.
- A 10% discount on up to four additional Tram admissions.
- A 10% discount at Peaks Restaurant and Pines Café.
- Free parking at the Valley Station.
Beyond the cooler climate, the pass offers access to the 14,000-acre wilderness of Mount San Jacinto State Park, featuring over 50 miles of hiking trails, picnic areas, and campgrounds. At the Mountain Station, guests can explore a natural history museum, view documentary films in the theaters, or enjoy fine dining at Peaks Restaurant and cocktails in the Lookout Lounge.
Beginning May 1, guests may purchase passes online at pstramway.com or in-person at the Tramway’s Valley Station.
