Palm Springs Launches Whistleblower Hotline for Reporting City Misconduct

Palm Springs Launches Whistleblower Hotline for Reporting City Misconduct

Palm Springs has launched a new Whistleblower Hotline, giving residents a direct way to report fraud, waste, or unethical conduct involving city officials or operations.

Anyone can file a complaint by email or mail, and you don't have to give your name. All tips are reviewed and either investigated or referred to the appropriate authorities.

To submit a complaint, you can email whistle-blower@palmspringsca.gov or mail a complaint form to the Public Integrity Whistleblower Hotline at 3200 E. Tahquitz Canyon Way, Palm Springs, CA 92262. The hotline can also be reached by phone at (760) 322-8341.

The city is clear that this hotline is specifically for misconduct concerns, not for code enforcement complaints, routine service requests, or general government questions. City employees also cannot use it as a substitute for employment-related grievances.

For more information and to access the complaint form, visit palmspringsca.gov or go directly to bit.ly/PSWhistle.
