21 Riverside County Shelter Dogs Flown to Pacific Northwest for Adoption

Twenty-one dogs from Riverside County are getting a second chance at finding permanent homes after boarding a lifesaving flight to Seattle

The transport was made possible through a partnership between Riverside County Department of Animal Services, Wings of Rescue, and Seattle Humane.

The transfer also creates additional space inside Riverside County shelters, allowing more animals in need to receive care and placement opportunities.

Animal Services officials thanked adopters, fosters, donors, and rescue partners for helping make the relocation effort possible.
