Jerry's SoCal Weather Briefing on Thursday, May 14, 2026!

The Coachella Valley will see lots of sunshine today and tomorrow with middle-of-the-day dew points in the 40s, relative humidity in the teens, and high temperatures in the upper-90s/lower-100s.

On-shore winds will become a bit gusty during the late-afternoon/evening hours both today and Friday. But -- because of a disturbance to our North -- Westerly winds will be at their strongest Saturday afternoon and evening. A Wind Advisory for areas of Southern California is a possibility.

This frontal boundary will also play a role in subtracting a few degrees this weekend. Palm Springs' peak temps will slip from 96° on Saturday to 93° by Sunday.
