Director Paul Feig Visits Indio High School to Inspire Students

Students at Indio High School received a surprise visit today from acclaimed Hollywood director Paul Feig.

Feig spoke with students about his career in film and television, offering insight into the storytelling and production process behind major motion pictures.

Known for directing hit films such as “Bridesmaids,” “The Heat,” “Ghostbusters,” and most recently “The Housemaid,” Feig shared experiences from his work in the entertainment industry and answered student questions about filmmaking.

School officials say the visit gave students a closer look at career opportunities in Hollywood and the creative arts, while also providing inspiration from one of the industry’s most recognizable directors.
