California Physician Launches OMARA Wellness After Personal Battle with Gut Health Issues
Many people suffer from chronic bloating, fatigue, and intense sugar cravings without finding a sustainable remedy. In a recent segment, Gianna spoke with Dr. Peyman Gravori, a top California interventional pain management physician and co-founder of OMARA Wellness, about how his own health struggles led him to develop a natural, pill-free alternative for gut health.
Dr. Gravori explained that his journey began after experiencing severe bloating, sugar cravings, and depressive moods for nearly a year. Recognizing that his gut was likely at the root of these issues, he turned to a traditional morning remedy of liquid apple cider vinegar mixed with fresh lemon juice. While he experienced significant health improvements within two weeks, he found the daily preparation time, the harsh burning sensation in his throat, and the inconsistent flavor due to varying lemon sizes difficult to maintain over time.
When searching for retail alternatives, Dr. Gravori found only gummy vitamins, which he described as candy with a wellness label, or capsules that required swallowing multiple pills a day. This gap in the market inspired the creation of OMARA, a clean, powdered supplement designed to provide the natural benefits of apple cider vinegar and whole lemons in a single, convenient serving.
The formula stands out by utilizing organic whole lemon fruit powder, including the peel and pulp where beneficial polyphenols are most concentrated, rather than standard liquid juice or artificial flavorings. It also includes 150 percent of the daily value of Vitamin D and 118 percent of Zinc to address common nutritional deficiencies in adults, sweetened naturally with stevia and keeping it entirely sugar-free.
Dr. Gravori noted that incorporating the powder into a daily routine is effortless, requiring only one scoop mixed into a glass of water for a 30-second morning habit. Since launching, the company has received highly positive feedback from users who report being able to maintain the routine consistently for months, unlike traditional liquid vinegar shots. OMARA Wellness products are currently available directly through the company website, with an official retail expansion onto Amazon planned for the near future.
