Spectrum Outage Disrupts Internet, Phone, and TV Service Across Coachella Valley

A Spectrum outage is impacting parts of the Coachella Valley, leaving some customers without internet, phone, and television service.

The disruptions were reported shortly after 12:30 p.m., with affected areas including Palm Springs and Palm Desert. Customers across the region reported losing connectivity as the outage spread through portions of the valley.

While the exact cause has not been officially confirmed, customers were told the outage may be linked to high wind damage in the area.

Spectrum has provided an estimated restoration time of around 8 p.m., though service recovery could vary depending on repair progress.

The company also notes that customers may qualify for a bill credit if an outage lasts more than two hours in their area.

Officials are continuing to monitor the situation as crews work to restore full service across the affected communities.
