Palm Springs Splash Pad Opens Today with Free Family Event

Palm Springs' Downtown Park Splash Pad is officially back on today, as the city hosts a free ribbon-cutting celebration at 4:00 p.m. for families looking to escape the summer heat.

Mayor Naomi Soto and members of the City Council are expected to be on hand for the opening at Downtown Park, 230 Museum Drive. The afternoon includes water safety demonstrations and family activities alongside the splash pad itself.

The event is free and open to the public.
