Eisenhower Health Employee Honored by CHP for Helping During Medical Emergency

An employee at Eisenhower Health was honored Tuesday for going above and beyond during a medical emergency.

The California Highway Patrol recognized Timothy Morgan during a special ceremony at Eisenhower’s Desert Orthopedic Center in Rancho Mirage, commending him for his compassion and willingness to help someone in need.

CHP officials joined Eisenhower leadership, colleagues and Morgan’s family for the recognition presentation.

During the ceremony, Morgan reflected on the moment, saying he believes he was meant to be in the right place at the right time to help.

Morgan described feeling guided to stop and assist, adding that caring for others in the community gives him a strong sense of purpose.

Officials praised his actions as an example of selflessness and community service, recognizing the impact everyday people can make in emergency situations.
