Augustine Casino Opens “The Grind” Coffee Shop in Partnership With Local Roaster Saguaro Coffee

Augustine Casino is introducing a brand-new coffee experience to the Coachella Valley with the grand opening of “The Grind” on June 1. The newly reimagined coffee shop is partnering with local favorite Saguaro Coffee to bring guests ethically sourced, small-batch coffee roasted right here in the valley.
Casino officials say the updated space was designed to create a warm and inviting neighborhood atmosphere while celebrating local craftsmanship and artisanal coffee culture.
To mark the opening, The Grind will host a special “Meet the Roaster” event on June 1 from 10 a.m. to noon. Guests will have the opportunity to meet the team behind Saguaro Coffee and take part in prize wheel giveaways featuring free size upgrades, buy-one-get-one offers, and special discounts.
“We wanted to create a coffee destination that has a true connection to the Coachella Valley,” said Matt Noe, food and beverage director at Augustine Casino. “Partnering with Saguaro Coffee allows us to champion local craftsmanship and treat our guests to a premium, personalized service experience that highlights the very best of our community.”
The Grind is located inside Augustine Casino at 84-001 Avenue 54 in Coachella and will be open daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Augustine Casino, owned by the Augustine Band of Cahuilla Indians, first opened in 2002 and continues serving Coachella Valley residents with gaming, dining, and entertainment options. The property features more than 750 slot machines along with Seven Feathers Restaurant and Menyikish Grill.
