Preliminary Hearing Scheduled for Rebecca Harrow in Death of Infant Son

Rebecca Harrow is scheduled to appear tomorrow morning before a Riverside County Superior Court judge for a preliminary hearing tied to the death of her seven-month-old son, Emanuel Harrow.

The 42-year-old faces a felony murder charge along with an allegation of filing a false police report in connection with the infant’s death last August. The hearing will determine whether prosecutors have enough evidence for the case to proceed to trial.

The child’s father, Jake Harrow, previously pleaded guilty to second-degree murder, child assault, and filing a false report in October. He is currently serving a sentence of 32 years to life in state prison.

Court proceedings in Rebecca Harrow’s case are expected to continue following tomorrow’s hearing.
