Free Rooftop Yoga at Palm Springs Hotel Offers Sunset Views and Stress Relief
If you’re looking for a relaxing way to unwind in a scenic setting, a Palm Springs hotel may have just the thing.
The Ace Hotel and Swim Club is offering free rooftop yoga classes every Tuesday evening, inviting locals and visitors alike to enjoy guided movement and breath work against the backdrop of the San Jacinto Mountains.
Led by Power Yoga Palm Springs instructor Tracy Burwell, the sunset sessions begin at 6 p.m. and are open to all ages and skill levels.
“We do this to bring all these people out in the yoga community that might not have the opportunity,” Burwell said.
Participants gather on the hotel rooftop for what many describe as a calming and unique experience, combining wellness with sweeping desert views during golden hour.
“This is one of the most special things every week in Palm Springs,” Burwell said. “Coming to the Ace Hotel, we get to kind of get these vacation vibes as locals.”
The free classes take place every Tuesday at 6 p.m., offering what many are calling one of the best free wellness experiences in the valley.
