Holiday Trivia Time! Can You Pass Jerry's Pop Quiz?
January 20th is National Cheese Lovers Day, so whether your preference runs toward blue, brie, provolone, or Swiss, today is the perfect excuse to indulge. It is also National Cognac Day, a nod to the distinguished French brandy that takes its name from the Cognac region of France where it originated.
Rounding out the calendar is National Shopping Cart Day, marking the 87th anniversary of the very first shopping cart, introduced at an Oklahoma supermarket on this date in 1937.
In honor of the shopping cart milestone, Jerry brought two cart-themed pop quiz questions to the desk. Think you know your pop culture and music history? Watch the video and play along before checking your answers below.
Question 1) In the adult animated sitcom South Park, Cartman is an obese elementary school student known for his bold and outrageous behavior. While fans almost always call him Cartman, what is his actual first name?

Question 2) The chart-topping single Blinded by the Light, recorded by Manfred Mann's Earth Band, shot to number one on the Billboard charts in 1977 and is known for its rapid-fire, energetic lyrics. But who actually wrote the song?
