Meet Shadow: He's Ready for an Adventure

It's Fido Friday, and this week community contributor Jen Agnew introduces us to Shadow, a four-year-old who has been at the Coachella Valley Animal Campus since November. He didn't need much convincing to get going.

"He jumped right into my truck and was ready for an adventure," Jen said. The two headed to the dog park, where Shadow ran around, played in the sprinklers, and chased tennis balls with full enthusiasm. He hasn't quite mastered bringing them back yet, but the chase is clearly the point. He's easy with other dogs around him and seems content just soaking up the moment.

"Behind every kennel door is a dog with a personality, a story, and so much love to give," Jen said. "Hopefully today is the day someone sees Shadow and realizes he's been their missing piece all along."
