Nithya Raman Overtakes Spencer Pratt in LA Mayor’s Race

An update tonight in the race for Los Angeles mayor as updated vote totals show Nithya Raman overtaking reality television personality Spencer Pratt for second place.

According to the latest results from Los Angeles County, Raman now leads Pratt by just over 3,000 votes as ballot counting continues following California’s June 2 primary election.

Incumbent Mayor Karen Bass has already secured a spot in the November runoff election.
