An NBC Palm Springs Weather Heads-Up on Tuesday, June 9, 2026!

The Coachella Valley will enjoy near-normal early-June weather today before hotter temperatures arrive beginning tomorrow.

You can expect sunny skies this afternoon with typical high temperatures in the lower-100s. Today's dew points will hover around 40° while middle-of-the-day relative humidity bottoms-out in the teens.

As an upper-level high over the Northeast Pacific nudges its way over Southern California, Valley temps will begin to heat-up.

For instance, Palm Springs will see the city's highs warm from 102° today to 109° by Saturday.
