Fantasy Springs Hosts Engineering Job Fair to Fill Dozens of Positions

Fantasy Springs Resort Casino welcomed job seekers to an engineering department job fair Wednesday as the resort looks to fill a variety of positions across its operations.

The hiring event featured openings in technician, kitchen and electrical departments, with hiring managers available on-site to meet with candidates and conduct interviews. Some qualified applicants received job offers the same day.

According to resort representatives, the casino is currently seeking HVAC technicians, air-conditioning technicians, electricians and kitchen maintenance personnel as the busy summer season approaches.

Officials said they are looking to hire approximately 15 to 20 employees through the event, while also recruiting for additional positions throughout the resort.

Hiring managers emphasized that technical skills are important, but they are also looking for candidates who demonstrate a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

"We're looking for people that have a really good attitude, that want to grow with our company, learn and have a positive attitude," a representative said during the event.

Fantasy Springs Resort Casino remains one of the largest employers in the Coachella Valley, offering positions across a wide range of departments including hospitality, gaming, food service, maintenance and administration.
