Sedona Music Duo Luca and Claudette Share Journey of Love and Hypnotic Dance on Desert Living
PALM SPRINGS, California — The latest episode of Desert Living welcomed international songwriting and production duo Luca and Claudette to share the remarkable story behind their collaborative wellness and music venture, Zanna Records. Connecting virtually from the red rocks of Sedona, Arizona, the creative partners—composed of Italian-immigrant producer Gianluca Zanna and vocalist Claudette Lyons—discussed how they blend cinematic storytelling, dance rhythms, and subconscious mind programming to help global audiences connect with their inner purpose.
The true foundation of Zanna Records traces back to Gianluca Zanna’s childhood in a Rome boarding school, where an eleven-year-old boy dreamed of moving to the American Southwest to compose music despite not knowing how to speak English. After immigrating to the United States in 1998 with minimal savings, Zanna spent decades building businesses while continuously sharpening his songwriting craft. Nearly five years ago, those dreams fully materialized with the launch of his independent record label. The trajectory of the brand evolved dynamically when he crossed paths with Lyons under extraordinary circumstances, sparking a shared spiritual and artistic mission to treat music as medicine.
What sets Luca and Claudette apart from standard recording artists is their background as certified clinical hypnotherapists. The duo intentionally infuses positive subconscious suggestions and hypnotic language into their rhythmic, dance-driven tracks, allowing their uplifting messages to bypass the critical mind and plant seeds of self-belief. Beyond their commercial radio releases, the couple has captured international attention through unconventional, intimate live-streamed concerts hosted directly from their bedroom, breaking down geographical boundaries to treat global listeners as close personal friends rather than traditional fans.
During their discussion with host Brian, the couple highlighted their expanding visual catalog, naming their cinematic music video filmed on location in Manhattan, "Looking for You," as a joint favorite for its ability to capture a timeless, nostalgic love story. Looking ahead, Luca and Claudette are preparing to expand their brand beyond digital streaming platforms with an upcoming biographical book detailing their unique romantic and professional journey. Coachella Valley music fans will soon have the opportunity to experience their hypnotic frequencies firsthand, as the Sedona-based duo teased plans for an upcoming live musical showcase in the Greater Palm Springs area.
