La Quinta's Fritz Burns Pool Launches Summer Season With Swim Lessons and Dive-In Movies

Summer fun is making a splash in La Quinta as the city rolls out a season full of family-friendly activities at the Fritz Burns Pool.

The summer lineup includes what organizers are calling the World's Largest Swim Lesson on June 25, giving swimmers of all ages an opportunity to build water safety skills.

The city is also hosting a free Veterans Swim Day on July 4 to honor local service members and veterans.

Families can enjoy several dive-in movie nights throughout the summer, featuring:

• Luca on July 17

• Aladdin on August 7
