Free Hospitality Leadership Course Announced

PALM SPRINGS, Calif. — The Palm Springs Hospitality Association is launching a new professional development initiative designed to strengthen the local tourism workforce this summer. In partnership with College of the Desert’s Partnership and Community Education program, the association is offering a free leadership training course tailored specifically for its members and their employees. The comprehensive seven-week program is scheduled to run on Monday mornings from July 13 through August 24, providing accessible professional development to help hospitality workers elevate their careers.

The curriculum focuses on equipping current and aspiring industry leaders with essential management strategies to navigate modern corporate environments. Throughout the multi-week series, participants will dive deeply into key areas such as emotional intelligence, strategic communication, proactive problem-solving, and effective methods for handling unique workplace challenges.
