Under the structured program guidelines, consumers can purchase digital gift cards via the official portal at LoveLocalPS.com in set denominations of 100, 200, or 300 dollars. To encourage widespread participation and maximize local economic impact, the City of Palm Springs will automatically inject a matching 50 percent bonus onto every purchased card at no additional cost to the buyer. Individual purchases are capped at a maximum of 300 dollars per person, meaning a shopper who maximizes the limit will receive an extra 150 dollars in city-funded bonus spending power.

In a public statement detailing the seasonal rollout, Palm Springs Mayor Naomi Soto emphasized that fostering long-term economic stability requires building a resilient, year-round economy.
