Waffles, Darts and Cameras: It's a Holiday Hat Trick on Hashtag Holiday Calendar and Pop Quiz

Monday's calendar served up a full plate of national holidays. It's National Waffle Iron Day, a nod to the kitchen appliance that turns batter into golden, crispy waffles, an invention that traces back to 1869. It's also National Darts Day, celebrated on the 180th day of the year, a fitting nod to the highest score possible on a dartboard. And rounding things out, it's National Camera Day, which gave Jerry the perfect excuse to build the day's pop quiz around two camera themed questions.

Here is how the quiz played out, question by question. We're keeping the answers under wraps, so if you want to know whether Chris held his own, you'll have to watch the segment for yourself.

  1. 1) Paul Simon's 1973 hit "Kodachrome" borrowed its title from a brand of camera film and became one of his earliest solo singles, hitting number two in the US. Despite its success, the song was banned from radio play in the UK. Why?

A) Because it was seen as dissing high school

B) Because of its song title

C) Because of the word "crap" in the lyrics

  1. 2) "Candid Camera" was a hidden camera and practical joke reality series that had people reacting to unusual situations, running from its debut in 1948 through the early 1990s. The show's host was a New York City native. Who was it?

A) Alan Funt

B) Bob Barker

C) Chuck Woolery

Want to know if Chris nailed it, guessed his way through, or needed a little help from the crew? Watch the full segment above to see how he scored and to catch Jerry's playful back and forth with the team along the way.
