Agua Caliente Casinos Announces Multi-Property Celebrations for America's 250th Anniversary
As the nation gears up to celebrate its 250th anniversary, Agua Caliente Casinos is honoring the holiday with a massive weekend of entertainment across all three of its local properties. Pearl Aguinaldo, Vice President of Marketing, and Tarah Smigun, Director of Media and Community Relations, shared details on the upcoming multi-day festivities.
The entertainment kicks off on Thursday with a heavy metal rock show featuring Cinderella's Tom Keifer and LA Guns. The momentum continues into Friday, July 3rd, with a performance by the legendary Motown and R&B group The Commodores. The weekend main event culminates on the 4th of July, where the casino is adding a brand-new drone show element to its long-running annual fireworks spectacular.
At the Cathedral City location, the casino is hosting back-to-back free outdoor concerts on the terraza. Guests can enjoy a tribute to ZZ Top on Friday, July 3rd, and a tribute to Fleetwood Mac and Stevie Nicks on Saturday, July 4th, with doors opening at 5 p.m. Meanwhile, the downtown Palm Springs property will be activated all week, highlighted by a Friday cabaret show featuring comedian Darren Carter, a veteran of Comedy Central and The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.
The patriotic celebrations will extend throughout the entire month of July with immersive pop-up decor and festive cocktails available at all three casino locations. In addition, Agua Caliente Casinos is partnering with NBC Palm Springs to introduce the All-American Spirit Award.
