Chartwell Properties Expands El Paseo Portfolio in Palm Desert

Chartwell Properties is expanding its presence along El Paseo with the acquisition of three additional commercial properties in Palm Desert.

The company announced it has added Galleria Elegante and Park Plaza to its growing Shops on El Paseo portfolio, increasing its investment in the city's premier shopping and dining district.

The newly acquired properties are home to a variety of businesses, including boutiques, restaurants and professional service providers. Current tenants include Venue Sushi and Spirits Redefined, JC's Cafe, Blonde Clothing Boutique, Chrissy's on El Paseo and Mason Felice.

Company officials say the properties are located adjacent to other Chartwell-owned buildings, creating additional opportunities for future leasing and business growth along El Paseo.

Chartwell also noted growing interest from retailers looking to establish a presence in Palm Desert, pointing to the recent opening of RH as another sign of continued momentum in the area.

The company says the expansion will create more opportunities for businesses while supporting continued investment in El Paseo, long recognized as the Coachella Valley's premier shopping destination.

Officials believe the latest acquisitions will help strengthen the district's mix of retail, dining and professional services as Palm Desert continues to attract new businesses and visitors.
