Wall Street Closes Higher as Major Indexes Gain Thursday

U.S. stocks finished higher Thursday as all three major indexes posted gains at the closing bell.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 52,487.41, gaining 139.02 points, or 0.27%.

The S&P 500 ended the day at 7,543.64, rising 60.93 points, or 0.81%.

The Nasdaq Composite led the major indexes, closing at 26,206.89 after climbing 336.24 points, or 1.30%.
