Palm Springs Plaza Theatre to Host Special 'Wizard of Oz' Screening

Fans of The Wizard of Oz will have a chance to experience the beloved classic with a special guest at the Palm Springs Plaza Theatre next month.

The theater will host a special screening of the iconic film on Aug. 22 at 3 p.m., featuring an appearance by Vanessa O'Neill, the granddaughter of legendary actress Judy Garland.

O'Neill will introduce the film before taking part in a live question-and-answer session with audience members. She is expected to share personal stories about her grandmother's life, career and the lasting impact of The Wizard of Oz, one of Hollywood's most celebrated films.
