4M Dental Implant Centers Opens New State-of-the-Art Location in Palm Desert

A trusted name in dental implant care has officially unveiled a new chapter in Palm Desert.

4M Dental Implant Centers has opened a brand-new, state-of-the-art location designed to elevate the patient experience while continuing to provide advanced implant dentistry the practice has become known for.

The new facility was created with patient comfort in mind, offering a modern, welcoming design paired with the latest dental technology. According to founder and owner Dr Sean Modashami, the move reflects the practice’s commitment to delivering a different kind of dental visit.

Dental implants are a permanent solution for missing teeth, designed to look, feel and function like natural teeth. Unlike dentures, implants are secured directly into the jawbone, eliminating slipping, discomfort, and self-consciousness. Patients often report improved confidence, comfort, and quality of life after treatment.

One of the center’s signature offerings is its “Smile In” procedure, which allows patients to receive implants and a permanent set of teeth in a single visit. Using advanced digital technology and an in-house lab, the team can remove damaged teeth, place implants, and send patients home with new teeth within hours.

Beyond patient care, Dr. Modashami also leads the 4M Institute, where dentists from around the world are trained in advanced implant techniques, including full-arch restorations. The practice emphasizes customized smile design, tailoring each treatment to the patient’s facial features, goals, and needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.

For patients who may feel anxious about dental procedures, the team offers sedation options and a stress-free process beginning with a complimentary consultation. During the visit, patients receive advanced imaging and a full explanation of their treatment options with no obligation.

Those interested in learning more about services at 4M Dental Implant Centers can call the office directly or visit 4MDentalImplantCenter.com to schedule a complimentary consultation.

New findings reveal what led to the death of Jackie, the beloved bald eagle from Big Bear Valley.

A necropsy confirmed highly pathogenic avian influenza (bird flu) as the primary cause of her decline. The infection caused a severe stomach ulcer, internal bleeding, anemia and a secondary bacterial infection.

Testing also detected rat poison in Jackie’s liver, but officials say it was not identified as the primary cause of her death. Tests were negative for West Nile virus, and lead levels were within acceptable limits.

Jackie’s mate, Shadow, remains in Big Bear Valley. Officials say there is no evidence that Shadow or the eaglets are sick.

Jackie’s story captured hearts across the country and brought attention to bald eagle conservation.
